As a double board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with advanced training in trauma, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and integrative psychiatry, I offer a unique blend of clinical care and heart-centered support.

I specialize in working with adults navigating PTSD, CPTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression—especially those who feel like they’ve “tried everything” and are ready to go deeper.

Through talk therapy, medication management, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), I help clients explore how implicit memory, attachment wounds, and body-held trauma may be shaping their current experiences.

Even if you don’t consciously remember a painful event, your body and nervous system often do. These unconscious emotional imprints can manifest as:
